SO I got back to town on tuesday for a week, and have a lot of work to do....
I bought a 2000 civic si-r with 52k on it, FBP and far from orginal... unfortunately...
This car came with a huge sound system, rev hard turbo kit, fiberglass enclosure, ricer lights, shaved trunk lid center tail lights, white mesh in the bumpers.... etc...
But its getting exactly what it deseerves....
B16 is comming out in favor of 98+ Jdm Itr swap, for the 5 lug swap... new gold cadium plated brembos (not cross drilled or slotted cause that shit is gay) pbr low dust pads, earls stainless brake lines, aem intake, apexi world sport, asr subframe brace (probably gonna steal jordans megan rear lca's until I decide which ones I want hahahaha) black J's racing lugs, arp extended wheel studs, 15 x 7 work rsz-r's grey with polished lip, Itr spec koni 5 ways and H & R race springs, momo wheel gone for Personal neo wheel black on black stiching, NRG qucik release and short hub ver 2.0, stock honda cd player lol, un meshing of the bumper, stock trunk lid and tails are going back on, no more carbon fiber-esque piaa wipers, a/c is going back in, stealthmode PS delete with wilwood remote BMC as resevoir, losing the ugly cowl hood for oem VIS CF hood, a bunch of brand new honda inerior parts like climate surround-glove box (old one was cut out for playstation......)-cupholder- center console- air bag delete- trunk carpet and false floor- cubby hole-etc, jdm window visors. Still trying to find CTR headlights and CTR mirrors in black are on ebay right now and im bidding.
Although I have one issue, even though everything was ordered about 3 weeks ago... guess what? barely anything is in!!!!! FUCK FUCK FUCK
I'm not sure how much other stuff Im forgetting, but I have a solid day of work or two ahead of me. Waiting for parts is the worst. I shold have almost everything next week though so pray for me. I also have a set of white ITR wheels as well, usdm 15's.
Most of the work has been completed in the last 5 days before heading back to work except the steering wheel, exhaust, mirrors, some minor interior stuff, power steering delete kit, and brakes since none of that has arrived yet. This project could have probably been completed in the 5 days if it wasnt for missing the required parts.

All done for now just waiting on parts to finnish off the car during the next days off if we decide to not go somewhere tropical. waiting on seats, front bumper, exhaust, P/S delete, other random interior bits, ctr headlights, valve cover, mirrors, personal steering sheel, nardi hub, new air conditioning unit etc. a ghetto wire tuck will be in order until we receive the new harness from honda.

We are not sure what will happen from here, I think jason has figured that the civic is not ballin enough, and wants to pick up an s2k for a project next month after this is complete, so he will have the SIR as the daily, and the s2k as the toy. |

That car was built by the initial owner over 5 years ago I believe, back when altezza's and audio/visual was the shit, the fact there is a 1st gen ps2 comming out as well as an aftermarket tape deck should indicate the age |

I think it's gotta go lower still, at least the WS2 is in, get rid of the rice can 3'' turbo back lol.
Next days off should be a great opportunity to clean it up like I wanted too, had to cut some corners really with the wirring and what not when it was being finished up, but it should be clean as a whistle underneath, in the engine bay and on the inside right away.
Then it's off to the body shop for a much needed respray, was thinking of color change during the engine bay work, but you just cant go wrong with black... it needs oem sir lip and ctr mirrors and headlights installed sooo bad : ( I hate ek mirrors.
Anybody else think it needs a cusco 5 point roll bar? |

| He's a good friend of mine he's seen it. Im the poor bastard that did the turbo kit and multiple rebuilds due to ring land failures. I think he liked it more before though lol. to each his own I guess. |

Needs interior and a bunch of other stuff installed and susp. needs to settle before I decide if it's going lower or not.
Ac is yet to be installed again as well, so it depends how much the car complete is gonna bring down the height. |

I know the prev owner.
Like I mentioned to Jay, watching this car get built from a stockish SiR was kind of an inspiration, and helped influence me into the scene..
I remember most of the aftermarket and custom mods it had, though, last I saw it was in ...03. I kinda thought he wrote it off or blew it up lol. :D |
