Kinda bothered me that he followed my girlfriend home from the busstop doing this as well, she was pretty scared.. |

As to noise, check the city noise ordinances. Bylaw #14600 deals with general noise complaints.
The outdated bylaw #7255 used to have a dBA limit, I think 85, and the times that the noise can be at (7:00 AM 'til 10:00 PM, so not likely to be a problem for the Ice cream trucks.) |
