Just like the thread title says.
Tires don't have to be perfect, but can't be unusable as well. These are going onto a car that I'm planning to sell, so I'm not planning to spend too much on a set.

| What are you willing to spend? I got a set of 4 13inch steelies with tires from my civic hatch I just took off of my car like last week. 2 of the tires are newer out of the 4 bought them last year in Nov. oh and all 4 tires are all seasons. got the hub caps too |
