How are you going to register a car without a valid class 5 drivers license?

Id sure hope so, if you only have your learners you probably dont have enough skill or time on the road to be driving.
Even people with full licenses sometimes dont show the skill to be out on the road..

on top of that if u get any demerit points on your class 7 u have to wait an extra year to get your class 5. so for example u need 2 years to get your class 5 they would up it to 3 if u got a ticket so dont risk it man otherwise you aint gonna be driving for a long time.

To answer the question..

What will happen if I violate a GDL program condition or restriction?

Violating a program condition or restriction may result in a new driver being charged with an offence as outlined below.

Violation
Penalty

Alcohol consumption
Immediate 30 day suspension

More passengers than seat belts
$100 fine & 2 demerit points

Driving after midnight (learners only)
$100 fine & 2 demerit points

No accompanying driver
$200 fine & 2 demerit points

Note: If a new driver has their operator’s licence suspended due to accumulating 8 or more demerit points their operator’s licence will be reinstated, following the suspension, with 3 demerit points.Effective intervention strategies are in place that will enable Alberta Transportation to identify problem driving behaviors that may require the driver to attend improvement or remedial courses.

First off what do you mean by getting "fuckd over"? If you mean would you be charged, then if you drove with out a licensed driver with you then yes you would be charged.

Also I don't believe you can register a vehicle in your name without a class 5 license.

Mind if we skip right to what you're intending to do?

Normally I'm not the type to clutter up a thread in this most holy of law enforcement sections of the forum...

No, you wouldn't get "fuckd over." Your vehicle would just get towed and you would get a mit full of tickets.

You are the author of your own misfortune.
