i may be shipping a chin spoiler out to BC. How would you go about packaging it up?

Build a light wood frame around it, then box it up. Although just getting a significantly larger box and overpacking it works as well. Problem with putting it in a box close to the size of it without support of a wood frame is that it will likely get twisted and thrown around in shipping which = snapped in two or more pieces.

There's a company in town called Instabox, they can do custom boxes last time I checked. Might cost you $20 to $30 but It'd fit the spoiler and keep it from getting snapped.

check a sports store, ie Coast mountain, Sport Check, Sport Mart, source For Sports, etc for bike boxes. I work at sport Mart part time and always steal bike boxes for shipping car parts such as spoilers and shit.
