No, whats it for? get a new one. its not worth the time to fix it vs buying a new one

What Chris said...get a new one. The cost of repairing a cam can be prohibitive depending on what the problem is.

Take this opportunity to get yourself a factory replacement (or even a high performance or more efficient cam depending on what you've got)!

What kind of damage is it?

looks like thats one of the end main bearing on the shaft and not a seal. although, if it is a seal, which i doubt by the circumferential wear on the bearing area as a seal would not create that type of wear.

you could have it built up with a sprayweld type process and machine/grind it back to standard size.

$$$$$$$...

or

you could also brass wire wheel it to remove any loose material and then polish it to remove high spots and maintain the size as best you can. any grooves left will not be an issue, if anything, they will hold oil and lubricte it better.

bargain basement and no warranty... almost DIY if you are good with some ScotchBrite.
