| Forget the name brand, but Marks work warehouse, they are orange and come in a yellow package IIRC. |

I used to user superfeet too, but then I found Sole. They have a few different designs/colors (I use the black ones), but the cool thing is that you stick 'em in the over for a few minutes, take them out and step on them so that they mold to your feet.
I found that they felt much more comfortable than my old superfeet. I've used them for almost 3 years now. Mark's has them, along with a few other shoe stores.

x2 for sole's
and if you screw up cutting them just bring them back and get a new pair. make sure you grab the black ones as they are thicker and will last longer. |

| Go to healthcare solutions. They have all kinds. You pay more, but they are way better than those cheap $30/40 marks insoles. |

Premade insoles suck IMO. Most heath plans cover some kind of orthics. Complain to your doc about your feet/legs/back hurting and get a perscription of custom made insoles. you wont reget it, and it makes that double shifts a bit more barable. |
