Personally, I don't go to the meets often because I have very little free time. The first time I did go it was a little awkward because I do get somewhat nervous being unknown around large groups. However that said I joined in with one of the smaller groups, waited to see how things went, and joined in when they started talking about classes at the UofA... Car guys are a pretty easy group of people to get along with as long as you aren't socially retarded...

| My first 780 meet was awesome. Never seen so many Subaru WRX STIs in the same spot other than a Subaru dealership. :bowdown: Wow I feel pwned. Showing up in a bone stock Civic EM2 to a high caliber meet like last night's was sorta humiliating for me :( . I saw other hondas, (that turbo black civic hatch looked sweet, although loud, dunno if it was a EH or EK), The Prelude with the Del-Sol lights was sweet. I liked the color too. Had a fun time, but I can't wait for summertime meets. It was freakin' cold, in APRIL! :wtf: hopefully the meet on May 3 will be much warmer. 'Til next time.:thumbup: |

Very much UNLIKE the guy with the aristo with the blue gauges and HKS BOV.I walked up to his car and started chattin with him (forgot to introduce myself lol, sorry man.I was the guy wearing the probably very distinctive blue and white striped long sleeve), and he pretty much gave me the full lowdown on his car , and he was really friendly about it.
