lately ive been drinking bavaria. I really need to switch it up alot cuz I get bored with what i drink.

^^^Can't stand Bravia.^^^^

Guiness if it's on tap. Moosehead, Stella, MGD & sometimes Budweiser are pretty good.

If you want something a little different you can try Innis & Gunn, it has a really strong flavor so it's not really one to just chug down. Also Mill Street has a good line of fresh tasting beers.

STiPWR
Canadian if i'm getting smashed.... Grasshopper if I'm having a pint.

gtaylor
budweiser or kokanee usually. cheap and pretty good.

I'm a connoisseur of the lager. I have tried many a beer from many parts of the world and I like them all. Except ONE.......dreadful, make me puke, mouth on fire and shit myself; McEwan's Scotch Ale.....*shiver* that stuff is the worst. Oh and Samuel Adams sux!!! The worst american beer ever made, that I have tasted.

So I have no favorite beer, I will try anything at least once, if I like it I will drink it until I'm drunk :D

Karan
Kingfisher.

Hijacker
As for beer it's coors light or Keith's.

The usual is Crown Royal on the rocks or just with water and ice.

oldraven
I drink stouts and ales. Kilkenny, Newcastle Brown, Smithwicks, Martello Stout*, Irish Red*, and Nut Brown*. If it's Canadian, it's Keith's or Olands. I'll drink and enjoy just about any full flavoured beer, but these are the ones I spend my money on.

*Garrison Brewing Co.

I cant believe no one said lucky lager. you guys probally have to much money or dont drink enough. :)

jordanturbo
I will have a pint of Guiness, Kilkenny, or Bodington if I am in the mood for a stout ale.

If I am in the mood for something lighter I will go for a Sol, steamwhistle, or Hoegaarden, if its a shitty bar, I will have a coors.

Once in a while i do get a craving for the cider taste of a Strongbow.

I am really trying to find a bar though in town that has carlsons on tap just to see what people are talking about, because I thught it was alright but nothing special from a bottle.

While I was in Colorado I went crazy for some of their local flavoured microbrew's but have yet to try them up here.

But for the most part I am a potato juice drinker.

I tried Innes & Gunn a few times, but I felt it tasted like a stick of butter. I love a lot of flavour, but sometimes it is just a bad mix. You might like McEwans Malt Liquor Scotch Ale. It'll put you on your ass and fill you like a brick.

I was on a Moosehead dry kick for a bit, when I lived in Dartmouth. They have a brewery there as well. That was the one and only time I went through a liquor drive through. I soon learned that I only liked it because it was killer hot that summer and any beer works in the heat.

Hoegaarden & Rickards White lately.

My wife picked up a mixed case of Rickards White, Brown, and Red, last weekend. Shit, the White was the worst thing I've ever tasted. It was a cross between a US beer (Bud) and Club Soda. Truly disgusting. My mother liked it, and she's got a firm hate for anything with alcohol in it.

If anyone has ever tried Pumphouse Blueberry, it's like that without the Blueberry. Just a really awful after-taste.

FAMILY GUY
Sleeman's Honey Brown

bboybean
Hosten,

hands down the best beer Iv ever had. So crisp and smooth..

I dont drink alot of beer though so Im sure there are better ones out there.

Beerking
Whenever I go to Mikado's I have to get Sapporo (best beer in the world). Other than that I always drink Labatt Blue (first tried it b/c of its flashy can, lol...then I became an alcoholic).

BRITAIN1.8
Grasshopper, Kokanee, and Smithwicks.

Grasshopper if it's a pint (with a meal or somethng). Kokanee if it's drinking games or just casual drinking. Smithwicks if I dont intend to drink very much.

P.S I've heard of moosehead! It's what everyone drinks in University when they run out of $$$. It's big at dalhousie and SMU.

BRNIN8
These are my choices when I go to a bar:

-Steam Whistle Pilsener if they have it

-Red Stripe if they don't have Steam Whistle

-MGD if they don't have either of the above

If the bar can't manage to stock one of the three, I find another bar. It was probably a dump anyway.

I haven't been buying many beers lately. I've been on a Crown and Ginger kick for a while now.

superpirate25
A bar is a dump if it doesn't stock two mediocre beers and one terrible one?

I love beer. It's one of my favorite things, and I like almost all types.

Lately I've been drinking a lot of India Pale Ales, and I don't mean that bullshit excuse for an IPA called Alexander Keiths. I mean real IPA's with real bitter hops flavour. My favorite is Stone IPA which isn't available in Edmonton, otherwise I like Brooklyn IPA and Snake Dog IPA.

If I'm someplace without a decent beer selection I enjoy Grasshopper, Newcastle or Guinness.

Mostly I just like trying new microbrews as often as possible. Going down to Sherbrooke and picking out random beers. Also love most of the Alley Kat beers and also the local newcomer Ambers Brewing. Their Australian Pepper Berry beer is interesting and their Ale is really great! http://www.ambersbrewing.com/ If you haven't tried their stuff, I highly recommend it. Plus, it's local!

AFI Performance
Molson CA as a staple beer, and almost any kind of Honey brown beer as a change up

Sapphire
F**k Beer... Jack Daniels, Straight up..

I drink alot of beer. Therefore it costs me alot of money. I use to drink Sleemans Honey Brown and Rickards Red. So lately I have been trying to find a good cheap beer. Under $9 for 6. So far Old milwaukee wins at 8.25 for 6. However I am currently drinking Bow Valley Lager and Brewhouse. Both under $8 for 6. Both beers made in Calgary. They are both a slightly stronger/Browner beer.

shaggs
Rickards white , MGD

ZEguy
Yea rickards white with an orange slice is a solid drink of a beer, i think.

My buddy was drinking Brewhouse before and I gave it a try. I was actually really surprised. It's not bad at all for being a welfare beer.
