hey guys, trying to sell my alltrac for extra cash and since I'm back in school again and buy something better on gas.
theres an old tread when i was trying to sell it before but since then I've made some repairs.
pics at the bottom.
Engine:
-currently has 195882kms on it.
-has a small leak possible coming from the the trans or maybe the oil pan.
-turbo works, still pulls hard. (turbo timed everytime)
-New rubber hose that connects turbo to intercooler
-New temp sensor on intercooler
-Dual electric fans (done by the previous previous owner)
-Compustar 2 Way remote/alarm w/ turbo time function on
-New or rebuil Power steering pump (done by previous owner)
-New battery (optima red top)
-Newer rad (used - replaced by previous owner)
-Oil changed every 4000kms
-Heat works great
-A/C has been stripped from previous owner
Trans/Drivetrain:
-AWD is amazing for the winter
-New clutch ( the old clutch was done at T&T auto. -replaced by previous owner)
-New rear lower control arm bushings.. ( pretty much all the rubber bushings in the rear end has been replaced because there was play in the rear in suspension - replaced by previous owner)
-Tranny Fluid aswell as rear diff changed every 6000kms (currently using GM syncromesh oil in the tranny - changed when i bought the car)
-Brakes were done at 175XXX kms (previous owner)
-All other Fluids are done once a year (previous owner)
-Artic alpin winter tires and steelies (lots of tread left)
-Comes with a set of 2000 GTS rims w/ brand new tires (motormaster aw/h's under 700kms)
Interior
-Interior has been swapped out. Previous owner wanted the old interior. Replaced with red interior from a black GTS, small rip in drivers side bolster otherwise pretty mint, all power controls work.
-modified integra type r shift knob.
Exterior/Lighting:
-stock exterior
-3M yellow rockguard on fog lights
-New Hella H4 housings with sylvaina silverstars
-left fender and bumper was painted when i bought the car
Previous owner did alot of maintenance on this car before i bought it.
Recent repairs:
-Car had a ticking noise coming from the engine and i thought it needed a valve adjustment but turned out that it had low oil pressure.
-Replaced the oil pump w/ new crank seal, and timing belt at the same time. all parts were oem parts from toyota. might still have the bill for the parts. noise is gone after parts were replaced.
-Both parts were replaced at 194520kms
-Has an intermittant cooling issue, just replaced the T-stat with an oem one, and bled the cooling system. hadn't had a problem since. replace on saturday april 26/08.
The Bad:
-cracked drivers mirror glass --->Drivers side mirror glass replaced 05/06/08<---
-some rust starting on the rear rockers
-reverse lights work, but they don't come on intermittantly --->Reverse light switch replaced, pin connector was broken on the old one 05/07/08<---
-previous previous owner did some bodywork on the L/R under the gas door
-ABS is not working, possible speed sensor (bought the car that way)
-has a small leak possible coming from the the trans or maybe the oil pan.
-antenna is broken but radio still works

asking $5000 w/ both the GTS wheels and steelies w/ winters, $4500 w/ just the winters and steelies. price is OBO, so no reasonable offers refused. maybe be interested in trades for something newer and some cash on my side.

wasn't the car for sale a couple months back for $3500......
Yo bro I'd be willing to take this car off ur hands 4 $3500,with those wheels on it though.
Or I have a 1998 Jetta GL I'd be willing to trade
its black,auto,222 XXXkm 2.0L, great on gas, and 4 door, grey int, dual air bags,the car runs great I just did the valve cover gasket....but ya I'd be willing to trade that with no extra cash from either of us just straight trade...
so let me no if you wanna go with one of my offers...thx man |

sorry thats a bit too low for what i'm asking.
yea it was for sale for $3500 awhile back but thats when it needed an oil pump. since then i've put in a new OEM oil pump along with OEM timing belt. and also brand new tires on the summer wheels.
I can't let it go for $3500 sorry
update : replaced reverse light switch, reverse lights are working as they should now. |
