Had my fiero out a little today, thought I would shoot a small video.
Here is a quick run to about ---mph. I was short shifting it a bit because I have yet to get a proper tach. The stock fiero tach only goes to 6krpm and this engine will go to 6500-7000. I'd rather be safe than sorry.
The camera really doesn't pick up the sound and feel of the Northstar. It pushes you back pretty good and the exhaust seems 3x louder in real life. It's a lot of fun.
I will be booking time with AFI performance to finish up my tune. I had a bad coilpack the last time I was there. Maybe I will film my next visit and post it up.
For those that want to see what it looks like from the outside...
edit: Thought I should remove how fast I was going, quick enough. Double highway, no traffic, 110km/h speed limit. |

The tach is correct, i'm using a fiero flywheel which is like 14# and with 300lb/ft it spins it pretty quickly.

No numbers yet, will go to the strip and some autocross events this year to see what it can do. I will post up more numbers when I go to AFI performance to finish up my tune.
