This was one of my old cars, 2002 Neon LE, SRT4 catback exhaust. Only other mods where a UDP/plug wires/plugs
Driveway revs to 3000rpm
First bit is two wot runs to 100km/h on the highway, yes I blew the first shift, then I pulled over let a car or two go by then tried the two runs again, then it's just driving up a hill around a couple corners to my driveway - was a Digital camcorder sitting on my dash with the window cracked open a bit.

got mine installed today, this shit is so LOUD i might just take the new muffler off and put the stock one back. lol... btw i saw rob at the muffler shop.

3" straight as possible to a Hooker aerochamber.
The mustang has the same motor but is running a 2.5" with a Flowmaster 50 series Stainless. Doesn't quite sound as good but god damn is a bassy. |

Well then I'm glad you don't live closer. My car is never on the driveway so you must have seen it in the garage. Since I never leave the door open without being in the garage, why didn't you stop and say hi?
And seriously, put yourself in your neighbors shoes. Would you really want to hear the kid next door revving his car in the garage like he's in the paddock at LeMans? You can hit the far end of 17st and make all the noise you want there and it's a minute away.

my parents have told me my exhuast is "too loud", so when coming home late at night i just take it easy on the trottle and coast alot more.
but i never rev the engine in the garage, pretty lame and gay imo. trying to show off for the neighbors when they dont give a fuck is a bad idea |

nah no issues at all. just no full throttle. but that would be more of a speed issue than noise |

Fugu...I know that Merkur. I know where you live too, I think.:eek: A buddy of mine lives close to a house where there's always that Merkur and a burgundy 'Stang. Millwoods? Anyway, loving the XR and it sounds great. |

Yup. Thats where I am at.
Merkur is at the body shop in storage and the driveway now has another mustang in it.
I found a clip from the middle of winter of the Stang.
Sorry its 2 minutes long with some screwin around at the beginning, go to the LAST 40 SECONDS for the exhaust sound.
2.3 Turbo with a 2.5" downpipe to a Flowmaster 50 series exiting right after the muffler.

I'm running a stocker on my 86...:thumbup: Has a little amount of leak but no holes/excessive rust. Not sure if it's ever been swapped.:dunno: Maybe when I get my hands on a camera, I'll post up a clip. |

Yup. Spend the whole race in 2nd gear, pretty much naturally aspirated going through the corners they are so slow. By the time my turbos spool it's time to brake.
Namao is better suited to the cars that need to stretch their legs a bit. |
