What kinda perks do you get from Volk, Work, Seibon, HKS, Tomei etc when you buy a magazine? Nothing. It's called advertising.

Here's your perk. If you didn't know they were around; Now you do!

Oooh I might have to drop by there sometime. I agree with the credit card deal though.. Id rather use coins.

On this note.. Anyone know of a undercarriage wash in the city without going through a touchless?

I don't want their wax etc.. I just want the undercariage spray.

4thGenLude
just drive in thr auto car wash, get the underspray then back out :p

in all seriousness.. i heard a rumor that Oasis Car Wash somewhere by 75th st and argyll gives you the ability to do the undercarriage. Not sure on the credibility though.

I've washed my car here a few times already. It's nice and clean and the wax seems to hold up pretty well for just wand wash stuff.

Hmm, last I checked, internet forums aren't magazines. Or is it different in Australia? :D

Many times forums sponsors give discounts to the forum members. Or do they not do that in Australia either? :D :D

MANY TIMES. Doesn't mean they have too. A sponsor pays for the advertising.

If you can't understand what I was getting at with the magazine comparison. Then well.. Good luck..

I was referring to your tiny penis as a shrimp. You know, as in, go burn your tiny penis on the barbeque. It's funny because I told you to burn yourself, implied you have a tiny penis, and tied it all together with a common Australian phrase.

So...what exactly were you saying about an igloo? Are you insulting my proud race of Inuit dogsledding Nanooks? I hope not, cuz I'll shove a pair of moccasins so far up your ass you'll think it was a polar bear.

I like this carwash, very new and clean. The color changing foam is the best part. It is very funny and smells good too.

Internet fighting is sweet.

I don't need a good come back on that one. You just showed me how handicapped you are.

Heard it in a couple of movies did ya? Good for you mate.. Good for you.

No no... It's on the menu at the Outback steakhouse!

For the car wash, I assume that means that they're paying money to keep the forum here, therefore a part of this forum staying up and being here is due to them. Good enough for me.

A discount on carwashes out here on the west end would have been nice tho. ;)

haha. While that place is about as Aussie as the "Cheese Fries" it serves.. Man they have some good food..

I'm gonna go take the truck through the car wash today. With any luck it'll come out not looking like a Ford Ranger.

Yeah thanks, I "admit defeat" on the internet. As opposed to what, "fighting valiently" on the internet? Do you feel like a big man when you type or something? Hey geekoff, take a step back from the computer, Warcraft 3 is not real life and your keyboard is not a weapon.

Anyway, I went to the carwash today and it was unbelievably good. It really was clean and spacious in there and their equipment is top notch. I brought in my winter car which hadn't been washed since February and the pre-soak+soap did a really good job. Unlike Hughes, there was no residual film of dirt/grease leftover after I was done with the soap. I did a quick once-over with my wash mitt like always, but it was almost unnecessary. The spot free rinse really did work too, unlike most places.

The only thing that marred my experience there was the asshole employee who obviously didn't want to be there. He yelled and gestured wildly at me when I was rolling in, because I drove over the undercarriage wash pretty slowly. There were no other cars around at all, but that didn't stop him from waving his arms around and yelling through my closed windows. Later I asked him for some change, but he walked away and mumbled, "give me 5 minutes." Then I saw him beaking off some other customer who asked him where the washroom was.. But I'm not too choked about it, the car wash really was so awesome that a troll of an employee is worth putting up with for the great wash bay. I'll definitely go there for all my car washing from now on.
