Great all around. Will has been one of the best guys i've worked with on buying a car. One time he actually sent me an email saying that he was going to be away from his computer and if anything popped up on the auction site, give him a shout on his cell phone. The man was understanding on the payments, and made it very easy for me to get the car I wanted. Even went and met up with him before buying the car. He took me through the shop and sat in different cars. Was willing to let me test drive different ones, but it was snowing.
Even though I have aready bought the car, he still keeps in contact. Hooked me up with a shop to do my OOP and my stereo all in one shot. My car had some damage from shipping. I sent him pics of the damaged and he arranged for someone to fix it free of charge for me. Also, starter was toast when it arrived. So I pulled it out sent him the bill and he sent me a check within days.
All I can say is the man is a great business man, and a good guy to even to talk to. He'll work around many situations and has your needs number one. Would send anyone of my friends to him anyday.

While I am one of those cheap bastards that imported a car by myself almost 3 years ago, I did bother a few importers for some services that I needed help with. One of them was good enough to come through for me.
William was to busy with his own business to do my dirty work for me, but he was good enough to point me to the right source to get things done properly. William did this even though he wasn't making a cent off of me. A lot of business won't give you the time of day if you aren't a paying cutomer, but I have been paying him back with referrals any chance I get(even one today!). From what I have heard from different sources, that support is fairly typical.

Here is my experience with jdm connection........
I talked to most of the importers in Alberta and BC before I wound up choosing jdmc. Will was the one guy that stood out the most, even though their prices were a bit higher than other companies. He was always fast on replies to my questions and I did feel he was out to get me a good car. He told me that even though they charged a bit more than other places that he would be able to beat their competitors prices without question.
I wound up getting a gts-t skyline, and I do not regret choosing these guys. The car showed up in better condition then I expected and wound up costing me less than they quoted me. They took care of all of the bs inspection stuff and even get me parts for the car to this day. I imported this one and will be importing a gtr in the future hopefully! |
