If you would like a quote from bonded-design please have the following information ready
1. Number of decals wanted
2. Size of decals (Please use a tape measure no estimates)
3. Colours wanted
5. What you want (aka the design)
6. If you are going to apply it or if I am.
If you have the fonts or the files for the decal please email them them to me.
It is so frustrating to have someone pm telling me they want a decal and that's it... That's great guys.. guess what I decided to increase my profit margin so I fired my Psychic Consultant and I can't decrypt your emails / pm's anymore.
Please Provide all necessary information upfront, so I don't have to send back 55 emails trying to figure out what you want. I want to save both parties frustration :P

I understand where katie is coming from as I get tons of annoying questions over and over again with motor swaps... People just expect me to know what engine they want installed and what car and year its going in, and if they have all the parts already... its details like that that make life way way easier.
Thats also why I started asking for more money, its because the cheaper people I tend to have more issues with getting information from as they havent done their research whereas the people who spend more either have done the research which saves me time, or have lots of money and pay me to do the research. |

I am not trying to be unfriendly but think of it this way.
You walk into McDonalds and tell them you want food.. and then you wait for them to give you the price..
That's what it feels like, it makes life easier for both parties if all information is ready to go at the beginning, instead of me trying to rip it out of people. :)

Its the way you presented your statement, not the message you were trying to get across.
How are people supposed to know what is required for an estimate without you telling them?
If you were to get me to build you a motor, would you know the breakdown of part that you need? bore,gasket sizes, compression ratios etc?
I messaged you about decals, and got the run-around. I stated what color and how many I wanted, and was told to come meet you for an estimate. Then have to book another appt to get them done.
2 STi images to make decals of isnt that complicated to do. Takes 2 seconds to google the image, and 2 seconds to vecorize it in adobe. Poor service in my opinion.
I wasnt going to say anything prior to this, but your post pushed me over the line. |

ok I don't understand where there is poor service here is our conversation. You never showed up or called me? How was that poor customer service? Do you want me to chase you? Did I miss something?

I don't normally ask people to come see me, you asked for that and when I gave a time and a date you never showed. I could have quoted you in an email but you wanted to come and talk so I offered that.
I am confused as to why this was bad service? |
