Note for the biker that passed me today... - Click HERE for Original Thread

sliptank
To the Yamaha R6, license plate ZK797..

You may think that you are the next Nicky Hayden because you figured out that you can move lane to lane rather quickly and that you can do a wheelie from a stoplight and show off to all the traffic around you!

However, you best invest in something better than grey sweatpants and sweatshirt to ride in, especially when you try to force into a lane someday and someone piles into you... but hey at least you bought the helmet.. so buddy. quit riding like a jackass, quit trying to show off, and go learn some real bike control.

In short, why do I keep coming across the crotch rocket riders that are complete jerkoffs? These few bad apples spoil the image of the bunch are getting annoying...

Jerkoffs? Shit, it makes my day when I see a wheelie.

Well .......at least you know his initials are Z. K. Why don't you report him to the cops.

The number of idiots on sports bikes is insane........

It seems that most riders that have 600 cc or less are relatively responsible........ once you hit 750 ... it seems that darwin's law kicks in.......

To be honest I am not sure what you can do............

Same!

But only if they're on the highway. City wheelies are for nooobs.

got caught in traffic today on the good ol groat road when a dude on a honda piled into the barrier, don't know who's fault, whether he was riding to fast or a car cut him off, but it was a bitch to wait for it to clear up! at least I had a good excuse to be late for work! Why is it everybody on here defend motorcyclists to the bitter end, man I had a bike for 8 years and did my fair of dumb shit, i learned that i didnt want to be a part of the concrete and stopped riding like an ass clown! Some people should be a lil more conservative and save the antics until on a closed course or in the boonies where you dont meddle with other peoples lives!

my 300ZX was built with a great COSD (coefficient of squid drag) to effectively plot the trajectory of idiotic squids (bikers with less than redeeming characteristics) in an amusing manner.

its also aerodynamic.

I know how you feel, OP, around the university and well, everywhere here, we have tons of these morons.

Don't get me wrong - I love to see a wheelie but when you swerve around me or cut off 3000lb piles of metal you're on a one way ticket to skin-graft land.

I give a lot of space/respect to bikers on the road where most cagers don't but honestly some of them need to smarten the fuck up

this is EXACTLY what I was trying to get across.

by the way, it's funny.. I knew a guy who dumped his R1 up by Circle Drive (yes i'm talking stoon..) over a year ago..smartened him up quite a bit..luckily he only messed the bike up something fierce. However, as per usual I don't think any of the guys riding with him learned anything from it.

its a touchy subject for me because I have a friend in Cold Lake who is in a coma from a bike accident but hell it doesn't change my opinion. just hard when it happens close to home. I don't know what he did to crash but it breaks my heart to think he might never wake up

It's funny, I've yet to see someone on a crotch rocket that wasn't driving like a complete ass hole. Are you saying there are normal people who own these bikes, because I'm having a hard time swallowing that one.

The ones that have kids and wives are pretty normal. (Or at least the ones that car about their wives and kids, not the assholes that only care about themselves....)

God bless your friend. My dad was in a coma for over 6 months...there is hope for your friend...one day at a time...will hope for the best for him

So I think we all have seen good and bad bike riders...unfortunately the bad ones may mess themselves up pretty bad or worse not survive...

I have nothing against bikers...I too love the bike...the speed...the thrills...I get very hmm scared? though when I hear a bike full throttle speeding down the street when there are other drivers on the road that may just pull out in front of them...stop suddenly etc...a biker is just no match

Some time you wonder if people driving bikes forget that all thats between them and (pavement/ cement barriers/ Ford Excursions) is Air and 1/8' leather. You should ride accordingly.

Your teacher wants you to go slow, and she's wrong, 'cause it's the fastest who get paid and it's the fastest who get laid.

You might finish first, but then you'll be finishing alone after that....
