Can't Stop Spin

As the title says. I'm looking for a cheap, pos laptop. All it needs is windows 2000 or newer, and about 400Mhz, and to be able to connect to the net.

All I'll be using it for, is to run a program for my car.

I have a PII 350 with windows 98 Toshiba laptop you can have for free if you are interested. Might not work for what you need, but you can try it out. It is actually sitting here at work waiting to go to the eco center, but it works.
