| Hard choice, But I went with the Veyron. All those cars are fast, but the Veyron edge's them all out because of its interior. Having a car that can do 250+ mph is cool, but doing that in the comfort of the Veyron... Now that kicks ass! |

agreed, no other car on the list will let you do 200 + without killing yourself.
Veyron, even though its not the fastest anymore, is still in an entirely different class then any other supercar out there
Although, if I was going for the suicide ride, no question it would be the CCX Black edition....looks like what the batmobile should have looked like (pre Tumbler) |

| I went ford gt not because I love ford, but because of the racing heritage it brings with it. I loved the GT40 and the fact that its a supercharged 5.4 liter triton makes it all the better. not to mention it is the cheapest car on the list. |

Call me shallow, but if I were given a Veyron I'd take it out for a rip or two and then sell it. I think the car is absolutely hideous. |

F1 for sure.
There isn't a better drivers car ever built. And probably never will be. |

It's better looking than the new GTR. |

| I picked the CGT, I think the Veyron is awsome in terms of luxury and performance, but the body is so meh, and bordering on hideous. The Enzo really doesn't have an interior, The Zonda has a cool interior, but the body is a little to extreme for me (hard cut edges) CCX is alright I guess, and the Ford GT is just outclassed by the other cars. Which leaves the CGT, Still really well performing, sleak bodylines that will be timeless, still has a pretty luxurious interior, the exhaust is to die for, and performance isn't bad either |

As pointless as it is to argue opinions:
The GTR is basically the next step up from the Skyline GTR series. The body lines are similar, profiles are similar ect. It doesn't take much to see the similarities between them. That being the case, I think it looks quite good for what it is.
The Veyron, however, has no predecessors. So why did they make it look like a turtle with it's head kicked in?
:dunno:  |

 Agreed. If the Veyron had 600hp, nobody would care about it. It would just be a mid engine Bentley Continental GT. |

Well, duh. But the Skyline GTRs before it were not good looking cars either.
So that doesn't really take anything away from the point I was making. |

Not quite true. I think the GTR looks good for what it is, what it was designed as. They could have made it look drastically different, but it wouldn't be keeping with the same heritage.
In summary, you can't compare the style of the Veyron with the style of the GTR. The Veyron is just plain fugly, while the GTR is supposed to be fugly. |

That is why I picked the Ford GT too. The CCX was a close second though. Veyron is last on the list for me. It's too ugly as fuck. |

I want test drives first. Bet when it came down to it the veyron would shine after actually using it.
But the CCX doors are the shit. So that's where I'm voting. :) |

For a completely outrageous fun factor, I think a lot of cars would edge out the Veyron. I always loved the Lamborghini's audacity and lunacy so that would have been my second pick.
The Veyron would be the only one I can picture driving "comfortably", although parking would still be an issue.... and i'm not sure where my golf clubs would go... maybe if I had the Targa version... |

I thought I read that the carerra gt was pretty hard to drive on dry pavement, let alone on snow or ice.
From car and driver:
"The downside to this is that you will stall the car from a standstill. Everyone who sat in the driver's seat did. Well, you'll either stall it, or your big dumb right foot will call for far too many revs, spin the rear tires furiously, and a second later get shut down by traction control. This display of skill and precision doesn't impress the assembled Porsche personnel as much as you might imagine. Your best bet is to gingerly ease out the clutch pedal and keep your foot off the hair-trigger throttle. As the clutch hooks up, the idle automatically rises to about 1800 rpm, and you inch away—slowly, but with your dignity intact."
Of course, I don't care about this, the car is possibly the sexiest of the list.
Of course I also love the lambos, but I'd have voted for the diablo. :) |

Next to Stealths, NSXs, MR-2s, FD RX-7s, Z32s etc. the Skyline (R32 thru R34) just didn't LOOK the part of a 'sexy' sports car IMO. Mean and agressive maybe, but not sleek and sexy. Can't have it all. :dunno: |

Sorry, I only added it for completeness. The Stealth/3000GT was in that class of cars back when they were all made. But of that whole group it would've been my LAST choice, believe me. So yeah...
But aside from typical large wheelwell gap in stock form, what is there to not like about the Stealth R/T Turbo's looks? (Just curious what others think, because I've never thought of them as necessarily unattractive). |

| The F1 hands down. They took a loss on every F1 they made. That just shows how much they cared about making profits and how much they cared about creating the ultimate sports car. |

Heh. "eht" is a bit of a giveaway.
Anyway, the Bugatti is nice. 1000HP in stock trim, but I don't like it's profile.
The McLaren F1 is and remains the supercar that I'd most want. |

The Carrera GT just looks so happy! And it's like one of two cars that can be driven in Edmonton.
If I were somewhere closer to the equator, then I may choose something else. Maybe I'm just being too practical. |
