i have a prelude and my engine which is an h23 sounds horrible.
im lil short on cash and i cant afford an h22 at the moment but i was wondering where i could get it rebuilt for cheap.

If you can't afford an H22.. you can't afford a rebuild...

^ with Honda's is just better to replace. Machine shop labour alone will cost most of an engine.
