97 Golf VRT - Click HERE for Original Thread

teamcanada
I have realised that having two vehicles, while extremely fun, is much more than I can afford at my age...

97 Golf Vr6 with 74xxxkms
-Kinetics Stg. 1 turbo kit
-Intercooled
-Short Runner Intake Manifold
-8psi Wastegate spring (have 6psi spring as well)
-SuperSlim electric rad fan
-MK4 Plug wires
-BFI stg1 motor and tranny mounts
-Peloquin LSD
-aftermarket clutch(not sure what it is but it was installed with everything else so it's new)
-Neuspeed Catback exhaust
-Patec Holeshot coilovers
-MK4 headlights
-Hella Clear Tails
-Shaved golf cl badges
-2 pc. Kamei Grill
-Full leather Interior (mint)
-Clarion Headunit wired for amp/sub
-Boost, Oil pressure, temp, Wideband (Air/Fuel) guages
-Borbet Type A 7.5x16 F and 9x16 R (less than 1000kms)
-professional power polish done 2 weeks ago
-always 5w40 Elf oil

-comes with Genuine VW car cover, and possibly some other stuff (Bentley, extra set of tires, box of random parts to bring the car mostly back to stock, extra bumpers for a shave job that was partially completed, etc)

Car runs incredible, drives even better and is very quick. Dyno'd somewhere around 230hp without short runner intake... should be a bit higher now.
The engine/tranny is a swap, but from the same car. Body was a CL. The swap was done in Ontario by a shop that does tons of them. Never winter driven so very little rust. The paint is pretty mint, bumper has a few little scratches but nothing to be ashamed of. I love this car and have received tons of compliments on it, and it will be hard to let it go...Life goes on though.
I'm in no hurry to sell my baby but will need to get rid of it before school starts so I would like to generate some interest now.
We'll start at $12,500 with the whole setup and go from there.

Cheers,
Dan

Pics will come tomorrow or later tonight

Awesome car, and great seller. I have been in the car many times. Beautiful condition and very fast !!!!

teamcanada
Thanks budday.

I'd be willing to get rid of the bumpers seperately for sure. I even have a pretty much full tube of fusor extreme and unopened package of finishing putty which are worth like $150...
Let me know and we'll figure something out

ZEguy
omg.thats gourgeous.
that is SO TASTEFULLY modded.
You rock man.

teamcanada
Thanks for the comments. Like I said, I love this car...best car I have ever owned by far and it will suck to see it go.

Forgot to mention it has a skidplate, stubby antenna and hex caps for the borbets.

Also interested in trades plus cash...

have another car in mind.
Let's try $12k

teamcanada
$10.5k without the wheels and extra goodies. Sick deal for what you are getting.

Realistic
bump for the car of my dreams
though, i cannot buy it :(

teamcanada
that's too bad dude. It's a super fun car!
If I didn't spend 10k on winter cars this year and have them all blow up on me I would be keeping it...
