Weight loss - Click HERE for Original Thread

Coming out of the shower today I jumped on the scale for the fuck of it. Fuck it, was right, I've lost 15lbs! Now before you guys congratulate me on shedding the pounds and "getting in shape" this is not what I wanted. I was a pinner before, 5'11 150lbs (my max was ~155 this september which was healthy), now I'm down to 135! Maybe my scale is off calibration but I doubt it, I can definitely see it when I look in the mirror now.

I'm 17 and I have always been >145lbs since I was 15... My only explanation for this weight loss is that I've been stressed out for the better part of the last four months... Once school is over I'm stress free so I should bounce back but fuck 135!!!

Any tips on how to gain weight? I really don't care how, obviously calories in > calories out but what foods? I don't put on fat regardless how I eat, a while ago I was eating pizza or KFC every night at work and mcdicks for lunch which is how I reached that 155. Even @155 I could have put on a few more pounds without becoming chubby. Ideally I want to get to 160 and stabilize but how the hell do I put on 25lbs!

2 years ago when I was in camp, I couldn't break 170lbs for the life of me. No matter what I did or tried I couldn't break it. I ate like a horse, took plenty of protein, lifted heavy. Everyday Id weigh myself and I was floating betweek 169 and 165 lbs.

Last year I started taking Creatine monohydrate, and I shot up to 210lbs(fucking water retention), and now Im resting around 180-185, but I have extra bodyfat I could get rid of.

Once I started taking a bulking protein, I noticed quick changes. Im whats known as a hard gainer.

creatine is the all time greatest.
I have found it to be the best way to gain weight (muscle) and I have been able to keep it on, contrary to popular belief... If you try it though, make sure you just quit working out cold turkey... keep the water comin!! The people that don't believe in creatine, or say that they couldn't keep the size and weight did not use it properly.
