I hate realtor's, They are like car salesman. Will lie and try to manipulate you to make the sale. ( I understand they need to make money but some of them are sooooo pushy)
I've met about 8 different realtor's in the last 4 months and thats my experience, I'm sure there are some good ones out there but they are scarce.
Good luck, if they seem pushy or if you get a bad vibe, get another one. |

| Depends on where you want to buy I know lots of them, some do really good in some ares and not so great in others. I would recommend you look for someone with experience in the area you are looking at. |

If you are looking for a house on the northside, shoot me a pm. My friend is in real eastate, I can give you his name and number. he is actually a really nice guy, suits the houses to look at by your needs keeps in constant contact updating you with new houses buy phone or whatever needed and when he takes you to look at houses he actually looks at them like he would be living there and tells you honestly his opinion.
He actually just helped me buy my house and got me a great deal on it so I would deff do business with him again.
