Hey guys,
I lost a very important speeding ticket that I HAVE TO FIGHT. How would I get a reprint?? or possibly just the ticket number and details...

you should be able to get it from the court house....
It would help If you knew the court date... but they should be able to help you out by searching your name....
While your at it, ask them how to get full disclosure, this will give you access to the officer's notes before the trial date... this will help you prepare your defence case |

drive down the road past a cop doing 100 in a 50 zone they'll gladly give you another ticket and while you have them there tell them you need a copy of the one you lost.
saves time. you wont have to go downtown to get this one reprinted |

K i tried that, the chujmps at the Court House tell me they cant find anything under my name and I will need my ticket number to get the ticket...????
I said if I had my ticket number, why would I be here?/ So they said I am out of luck...
Is this normal??? If there is no ticket under my name then there is no problem??? |

| when was the ticket issued?... It sometimes takes a couple of weeks to get over to the court house |

it was issued in april... due date (court date) is june something...
the idiots at the court house said i need my ticket number???
Is there some way around this?? or if they dont have it on file, am I off the hook? I am confused...
and it sucks cuz I need to fight this ticket... |

| I am assuming your court is in edmonton... court room 001 is the one right beside the elevators after you go through security... it would be on your right side as you are walking in... |

yeah so I went to the courtroom and they couldnt locate my ticket... said keep trying back...
I got the ticket on April 16th I confirmed... and the courtdate on the ticket is June something?
I have to give it to my lawyer and then he will help fight it... but cant do so without a ticket... this is ridiculous... no?
I am going to keep trying over the next week and see what happens.. |

If it is yellow, you could wait untill you get a notice of conviction in the mail, take that down to court house, constest it, and set a new trial date. |
