I understand their are no demerits attached with a photo radar ticket due to the fact they have no proof who was driving.
But lets say you go fight the photo radar ticket and lose, will you be given demerits since you admit to being the driver?
Also you can go before the date said on the ticket and just talk to the CP correct? |

| Its weird.. I had 2 photo radar tickets, went in to pay them, and only one was listed... and it had been like 6 months.. |

Sometimes tickets don't get submitted properly/at all on the other end. |
