Quick sale ,, 4age 20v ST. im moving out soon of edmonton, and need this baby gone , used the car in the winter , never failed, i don't know much about cars , but i'm gonna try to help you out as much info as i know about this car.
The swap is done by the previous owner ,
pros:engine is rated at 160Hp manufacturer , pretty descent , cars pulls great , very strong engine ,and very good for daily driver and for a new JDm enthusiast, lots of potential
cons: some oil sweat in the engine block , and oil pan i guess,, its been liked that since the previous owner , shock/strut at the rear passenger side is leaking ,, samething , its been with the previous owner , and the oil sensor keeps on blinking, i ve had the blinking for 3 months , and never had any problem , probably just some loose connector ,
it passed the insurance inspection 2 months ago , and it is insured right now at AMA , i'm not sure if you could use it or transfer for getting the insurance inspection done, im not quite an insurance guy

tire in front 195/65/r13 and rear 175/75/r14,, front is bigger
tires thread should be 70-60%, many more miles before replacement
2 ton jack with compressor pic at the trunk, battery in relatively new,
brand new Spare tire and rim , , motomaster all season tire , you can use it and just buy another one for front tire set replacement ,

for those who pm , sorry for the late response , i decided to keep the car , and just probably use it as a trade in for a brand new car , with a better deal on the dealership , .
and for the gas ,
im only spending $90/months on it , it pretty descent for 10-15km , per day going to work at least

the car only has till midnight , i just cancelled the insurance and , their giving me till midnight for the coverage ,, next time would be to tow it from the parking lot

The door got some issue's 2 hours ago at AMA . the door wont open manually , the lever i guess got loose, but its easy to fix ,,
