ok guys just wondering WTFH is a DTTS eliminator ?????? lol ive seen soo many people post it on rx7club and no one explaines it hahaha and i cant find it on google or wiki...

RotaryJunkie13B
as far as i know it's some kinda system mazda put in the rx7's to give it more camber around corners.

Mobius
DTSS: Dynamic Tuned Suspension System. It's basically a primative 'rear steering' setup. When a certain amount of force is applied to the rear wheels, they can move a few degrees. This theoretically improves cornering, when it is working. Many people just feel it causes the car to become unstable (snap oversteer) when the bushings become worn.

The eliminator is a solid bushing which prevents the system from working.

CamroseFC
the dtss system was designed to introduce negative toe angle (inward) during hard cornering. it's a safety feature for the average rx7 owner. theoretically helps them avoid spinning (oversteering) and losing control.
edited to avoid a potentially stupid discussion on the pros and cons of DTSS.

godofice
thank you! hahahaha makes much more sense
