I'm looking for some input on mma gyms in or around town. I DON'T WANT TO FIGHT OR HAVE THE URGE TO COMPETE i just want the work out. I've done the club fit thing, tried out that gay boot camp thing and i have tried just running but it doesn't seem to do IT for me. Any suggestions would be welcomed.

I train at Arashi-do North.

They along with most gyms offer free trial classes, just phone and set one up, see if you like it.
