| disclaimer: i ain't doggin nissan i ain't sayin honda or toyota are any better, they have good cars but for some reason, some of you seem to think that nissan is the best car manufacturer on the planet, that nissans are so much better than any other car. why??? i don't see anything that great about them that makes them stand out like you guys are makin them to be. the skylilne is a badass car but it's not the badest car i've ever seen. the maxima and altima, nice but nothing special to me. i've seen much better, faster and better looking cars. remember i'm not sayin honda, toyota, mitsubishi or whatever is any better than nissan. i just don't see why the big fuss over nissans. |

i like all of those other cars too.
like when you go out to budpark and you get to talk to those v8 guys. they talk about how this one car was actually in someone's farm feild. or i had it since forever, it was really cheap to hop-up. that's cool.
or like just open minded car guys are nice. let you borrow there tools. that's cool.
or someone else lets you take a pic of there car and say a word or two about it. not just brush you off. that's cool.

I'm not sure if i answered this question at all...
i just think car stuff is neat. and somehow somewhere's along the line long ago i just picked up nissan.
maybe when i was first born the first car i got to ride was a datsun, and then i just liked them.

| Recent thread of Nissan stuff has kinda gotten to me too, but if you look at it this way, when you talk imports, everyone thinks Honda's first, so why does everyone talk about Honda's all the time? |

Everyone talks about Honda because everyone has got them, what gets me is that all the so called "performance" magazines have become almost rolling showcases for Honda cars.
It's starting to peter out again which is good.
Its nice to read a magazine that has more than just stuff for Honda. |

well Nissan's CURRENT cars aren't so "badass"
but there are quite the few "past cars" that Nissan has put out with lots of potential
240sx, 300zx, Sentra/200sx/NX2000 just to name a few
course other car makers have produced some equally impressive cars as well
