got the swaybar in. went around the block and it definately feels better. adam- my old endlinks didn't have the rubber bushings on them lol. they were just sitting in the hole wiggling around.
so bad....
started to idle weird though after i got home from going around the block. idles steady but a/f gauge showed it seriously lean. might just hook the laptop up tomorrow and bump the idle a bit. idles with perfect air fuel around 1800rpm. when i started it cold though it idles like a dream. maybe a charge pipe or something came loose. anyways i should be out tomorrow if a few of you want to show up. |

9pm air museum, then no idea lol. i don't think i will be out all that long. be a good shakedown on the car though. if something is going to go wrong it will prob happen tonight. after all ive been through with it whenever i drive it i think something is going to break :)
might cruise down to uc. then who knows. it is track night though so everyone will be heading to the track. uc won't pick up until 10-1030. |

I am running water as my coolant. I want to see how well it actually works. Apparently really well and i can run it until august. |

| be careful running water too long. starts to corrode your block/ not lube the water pump properly. use distilled too. just buy some clamps and use coolant lol |

Really? hmmm looks like i am going to ctire to buy some coolant after work. I needed to put something in the car for my drive to work. I was unaware that it corrodes the block. |

| ya coolant has a corrosion/rust inhibitor and acts as a lubricant for the water pump. you can run water but you need to put some other additives in it. and use distilled water since it leaves no deposits. |

| meet at my place at 7 we could do hid installs. im kinda far though, especially for whitespike lol. we could do them in the air museum parking lot i suppose. just need a drill, some self tapping screws, or zip ties for the ballasts. |

Along with a battery relocation. I am just not 100% sure how to hook everything up. I just need to see an installed set and i will be good. Still, hid's tonight would be chilling. |

thats how i installed them in the civic. can't even tell i have hid's from looking at the bay. ballasts are zip tied up in the fender. looks clean. my prelude is ghetto install though. funny cause garage works installed them. i will be working on my car in the driveway till prob 8 or so detailing and working on my front end. anyone is welcome to come by. pm me for my address. |
