| brought my lude into the shop on friday last week they did a valve adjustment and they needed to change the timeing belt......so they contructed a new timeing belt since u can not get one for a jdm f22b engine, and now today which is thursday he phones me up and says yeah we took it on a road test and now everytime we come to a stop it stalls and he asked if it stalled be4 i said no and hes like well we will check into it and see cuz he thinks it wasent him that did it...... i think its the timeing belt personally .....help |

| omg man.....they are fucking your car up nicely. They are fucking up on the timing and that is the single easiest way to watch your engine get destroyed. They did something to your car. What shop did you go to? |

a h23 belt should fit fine. same engine pretty much. and how would you "construct" a timing belt lol. giant elastic band perhaps? i would get your car out of there.
the belt you need is 472mm length, 126 teeth, 24mm width
a h23 belt will fit but is 1 or 2 more teeth. tad bit longer too but the slack should be able to be taken up. some people use the integra gsr/type r belt too. also fits but is 2mm wider. edge wears off then its perfect. for the h23 belt though you have to get the h23 water pump. not the f22 one. same thing, different pulley. |

| should have gone to calibar automotive. Extremely fair price, best service i have ever dealth with, and they won't lie to your face. I even got a christmas card in the mail haha. My timing belt job from there was great and cost me under $600. |

update:
phoned me at 4 and said they turned engine on and off, on and off, but the last time they did that the clicking noise was back and now they have to start from scratch with the one ....another valve adjustment...im guessing hope i dont have to pay for it..:mad: |
