SNOWMAN
Hey guys, a buddy that lives in calgary is purchasing my car. He doesn't have his license yet but wants to work on it before hand. I canceled all my insurance a couple months ago so as of right now don't have any. I don't want to go through the whole pay first and last month insurance stuff. So i was just wondering what i can do in this situation? The plate is still registered under me. So is there a insurance i can purchase for just a day? thanks

i agree..but anyways..my question was is there an insurance company where i can get insurance for a day? and i don't have current insurance so i can't just add the vehicle on. NOT what are the procedures.

Call an insurance company and ask... It is up to them if they want to insure you or not... otherwise you will have to get the vehicle shipped up...
