I am so fed up with paypal. They lost $500 over a transfer almost half a year ago and still have not resolved it blaming it on the bank etc. They have froze my account over 5 times each time causing me to be on long distance at least 3 hours each time. They have cost me countless ISF fees with my bank due to trying to take from my bank account instead of my credit card which is listed as the primary source and always has thousands avaliable.
I really don't need it anymore since my part out is now done. But for the future is there some other company i can use? i feel like they run a monopoly. Money orders or direct purchase with credit cards over the phone seems like it is the only way i will be buying stuff now. |

if the other person you're dealing with is canadian...
ask for an email money transfer, it costs 5 bucks and most major banks in canada do them |

If I'm buying, I use Paypal (direct from credit card), with buyer protection ONLY. Backed by Visa, so Paypal can never screw me. CHARGEBACK!
If I'm selling, Money Order, International MO, or too bad for me. Paypal sucks if you're the seller.
No transfers between banks, no exceptions to the above rules. |

PayPal is pretty much the universal standard. There are some smaller companies, but I'm not sure how secure they are.

You can give me cash, and I may or may not give it to the other person. No fees involved. No amount too small.
