| I have the BBQ here. I can bring it out this week, but if you want to take it after that Rob that would be fine by me. I'm often working Wednesdays so it would be best if someone that can regularly make it has the H4. |

be sure to hide the sex toy collection. That really only adds to the value of the house if you're selling to porn producers and townhouses just aren't realistic for porn production of a decent scale. Complaining neighbours because of the noise and/or condom wrappers/lube bottles everywhere, etc. etc. |

Oh and if someone can get a can of propane too that would be good. The one on the BBQ is pretty low. I'll grab one as well, but it would be good to have a couple so we don't run out in the future. |
