just wondering what laws are in place on setting off fireworks within the city. fully illegal? big fine? Someone told me you need a permit and what not to do it legally.

I believe u gotta talk to the Fire Department and get a permit if your doing it in the city. (So that they know where its going down n whatnot in case of a fire.)

If you go into any Fire Station they have the paperwork there.
