Re-clear? Is it like chips, thats starting to make the clear flake?

btw. Car is looking nice with the rims on.

To fix it you would have to get the wheels stripped then a new clear coat applied. IMO it probably isn't worth it to do anything, the fix would cost more than the wheels. There isn't much else you could do, unprotected aluminum oxidizes really quickly. Don't drive it in winter and it shouldn't get much worse. Most aluminum domestic wheels do the same, once the clear is chipped/cracked off the aluminum oxidizes which in turn causes more clear to flake off, eventually the wheels look like total shit :(

A different way to go about it would be to just sand down the entire wheel (with a very high grit paper), give it a coat of primer and many light coats of gloss gun metal or something...
