| hay guys i have 06 kia sorento and i can hear Grrrrrrrrr almost like grinding sound from transmission side so brought the car to dealer to get worrenty work done......:mad: .. and they are telling me that there is nothing wrong with the car just from doing road test... so pissed and this is after i got my clutch relase bearing done from same place sherwood kia what can i do. should i bring my car to privite shop to get fixed or fight for it at dealer? i'm thinking of buying lawer damn:mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: |

I bought my 04 Sentra from Sherwood Kia and they SUCK. I would never recommend doing anything through them, go anywhere but there they SUCK.
I bought undercoating for my car and when I picked it up I looked under and it wasn't done, right after they told me to my face that they did it. |

hmm, well, thats a kia for u. you get what you pay for and thats why ur resale is nothing.
my advice is to go back to kia and approach it differently. ask them if they acknowledge the noise is there (they already did it seems). ask them if that is a normal noise for it to make. if they say its normal, ask them to prove it with another sorento on the lot that should be making the exact same noise.
if their other sorentos don't make that noise, then there is a problem they should be fixing, right?
anyway, don't buy a kia again in the future and you won't have that problem with their cars or service. |
