So I have this little issue with my weight training...

I worked out for about a year straight and gained a total of 23 pounds from 144-167, taking 2-3 Pvl mutant mass shakes a day and trying to consume as much natural protein as possible while limiting the amount of starches I was eating in hopes to aviod just getting fat from the 3000+ calories a day I was getting from the PVL shakes. I'm not exactly a fitness expert and did have a trainer who kinda helped me out initially.

So when I was at 167 my cheeks were chubby and I had lost a bit of definition so for the last few months i have been focusing on cardio and limited bodyweight exercises and weight training to try and keep the muscle and lose the chub that had grown over my once beautiful six pack.

Which brings me to where i am now... I decided that I want to try to get to about 180 then drop down to 170 or so and stay there. I seem to be able to get up to about 170 really easy and quckly but once there it is hard to gain any more and I get the sensation it's all waterweight, and the drop from 167-15X happens very very quickly. So you can pretty much assume it's not lean muscle mass.

So I'm considering doing a 14 day stint of M1-t extreme with insulene and liver detox as a stack. Anybody have any experience with these? And thing I should be aware of that I'm probably already not aware of. I know what it is, I'm looking for the kind of real world advice not a thread full of "but those are steroids...blah blah". What you or someone you know may have done to make the most of the cycle etc. woul be what i would like to hear.

Jason..honestly man, you would not do good on those. You need to eat like a monster. Plus, if you want to be about 170, using M1-ts are not unnecessary at all.

you have real M1T I really really really reccomend you DONT use it, as seriously if you ment using insulin then your fucking dumb. I personally have almost died using it.

M1T is very very liver toxic , after 2 weeks your going to start peeing really dark and it will smell like shit.
-Then youll start getting pains in your side
- Youll be too tired to do shit all even on a 10mg/day dose.
-You wont gain alot anyways beacuse if youv only been working out for that long you havnt even begun to untap what you can get naturally (seriously I never belived that myself and I regret it).

I have done my fair share of gear and have even been using M1t up until a month ago. Please PM me so we can talk more about it beacuse it really is very very harsh on the body esp if your not prepared for it.

Insulin is dumb. Ill start out by saying that I used insulin for months straight (2 on 2 off 5-7iu/dose) . I thought I knew everything about it since I have spent almost 3yrs researchigng gear/slin/igf/hgh. Then one day I took a shot that almost killed me , and it was only 3iu

First you start to get a little dizzy
then you forget what you were doing ,sometimes you remember that your loosing it and need some sugars ASAP.
then you forget where your (pop/Glucogel/pixi stix) are
then you forget what you were doing and where you are.
then you being to pass out.

THANK god I had a partner that was a vertran BBer and reconized the signs of me loosing it even thoguh I was to embarassed to tell him a was taking it. Get got some gel into me and then 2 moutain dews and I began to come around.

Seriously as someone who has been there and done that its not worth it to yourself to go through that shit. I will make as much time as you need to work with you on a diet and workout plan but please dont start getting into this shit.

BWHAHAHA between this and the other stuff I've been reading I think for now I'm going to spend another month or so on weight gainer and superpump and then reconsider. I already have a gangster physique... no point in destroying my liver :D

I always laugh when I see the 5 foot tall guys at my gym walking around like they're the biggest shit...



Half of them don't lift properly to begin with, sure you can benchpress twice as much weight as everybody else, but you're only moving your arms 3 inches... bahahahahaha

I think you just insulted me.. but it was so polite i couldn't tell. I'm in excellent shape and am not concerned with getting huge, just want to hit like 180 then I should lose about 10 pounds or so after I get off and will be right where I want to be without the 10 pounds of water weight from 3 gainer shakes a day.

I think i might have to post pics up like GT45 did and show the 780 community what's up... or maybe I should post some provocative pics of the GF???

Hey....I resent that....I'm 5'7" and I dont walk around like Im the biggest shit. I can also bench pretty good to.....ya ok I only have to move the weight not 3" but atleast 5 or 6....but thats not my fault.........;)

I wasn't insulting you! I was just playing off the same joke you made about being huge... 150lbs will never be huge. Unless you're 7 years old and obese.

There's absolutely nothing wrong with setting a goal for yourself and wanting to acheive said goal.

Personally, I want to be 280lbs when I'm "finished" working out... That might be a little difficult, considering I'm lazy.

I've dropped 30lbs of fat, and gaining 30lbs of muscle won't be any easy task I'm sure.

so, even though two people have to exert the same amount of force against gravity to lift a certain amount of weight, say 150lbs for example... the guy who is 5 feet tall only extends his arms 12 inches and the guy who is 7 feet tall extends his arms 24 inches... is doing twice the amount of actual "work" and expending twice as much energy in joules.
