I rolled up about 5:06pm(they close at 5:00, I didn't know that).. sign was still open door was unlocked, he didn't send me on my way, I asked about a Batt for my wife's car, I told him it was a 26R, we went and got it, while he was writing up my invoice I asked about a Batt for my Durango, i told him I had a Brand new Red top, but it was too small to fit, he said I could get an adaptor plate for it.. he didn't have any.. but rather just selling me a new batt for my D, he told me how to get the new one I had to work.
The price on the wife's batt was insanely good, CT for a stock replacement would have been $89 + gov rape.. I think I paid like $116 rape iincluded for a a batt with almost twice the CCA. |
