For anyone who goes to the gym. What supplements do you take, how often and how effective do you find them?
Right now I'm only taking protein and some creatine and eating as much natural protein as possible. I'm using the Muscletech Cell-Tech and I don't remember which protein. I've used Muscletech Nano Vapor before and found it worked well, but after using it for a long while I don't feel the effect much anymore. :dunno: |

I take muscletech cell-tech . I've seen great results from it. I actually cut down on it because I didn't like the size I was getting. But on top of that I take a multivitamin and branched chain amino acids to help stop muscle break down. And for food just pig out on protein riched foods like milk, eggs, chicken, turkey ect.
I took lots of water with cell tech and got great results. Taking some when I first woke up. Wait a few hours then head to the gym and take some immediately after did the trick for me.
Maybe if you've kinda hit a peak or a wall you should look at changing up your routine. I've never stuck to the same one for longer than a week. It keeps your muscles always guessing and it changes things up too so you won't get bored. |

| I've been using the Cell-Tech for a little over a week, I was doing it once in the morning and once after my workout but I've cut it back to only once a day (said to do so after 5 days on instructions). Also, damn does grape taste good. It tastes like Kool-Aid! :p |

If your stomach can take it Superpump250 (AKA SuperDump250) is amazing.
Hands down best supplement I've ever tried, but it gave me the shits. I usually have an iron gut too. Everything I eat is spicy to some degree, but that stuff just goes right through me. It sucks because it's wicked.
I've heard MRI Black Powder is supposed to be just as good without giving the shits, but I personally haven't tried it. |

-I take celltech as well.. I just finished my tub of hardcore, fruit punch flavor and I love the stuff. I have been on it for quite a long time now and have seen great gains. Would recommend
-About 2 months ago I bought nano vapour and started stacking the celltech with it. I definately felt the pump up from having it pre-workout and now I'm on my second tub of it and still seem to feel the pump that it gave me when I started it. Oh, and I actually felt that the stuff was too strong with the recommended water, so I was using only one scoop for roughly a 700-800mL bottle. Would recommend
-I use a product from gnc called mega mass pro series. I liked the stuff, it was like 51g protein and a lot of calories per serving.
-I recently went into gnc and asked about nanox9, and I think this will be the next product for me to try.. it comes in pill form and I think its about 80 bucks.
-and also I'm going to buy the mega mens sport vitapack and give that a try right away and can let you know how that goes. |
