Im looking to buy a new head unit tomorrow and just wondering if i should buy something that has front , rear and subwoofer preouts , or should i just get something that has the one preout? Im only running one amp right now that is powering my subwoofer.

Get a deck with several pre-outs so that if you decide to do a 4-channel amp or another sub amp you have the extra pre-outs.

Depends. If you plan on amping your speakers, go for more preouts, if not, 1 is fine. But keep in mind that cheap decks usually have multiple sets of preouts nowadays.

Its true. Most cheaper decks come with 3 pre outs anyways, Id just pick one up with the three for future possibilities.
