| I need to add a lot more fibre to my diet, but wanted to know what's the quickest bang for the buck basically. I'm not a big fibre fan, so anything that I can eat very little of and still have high fibre content is good. Any suggestions? Other than metamuci ? |

better keep a closer watch if it runs in the family too.........
not 100% sure bout this, but instead of vegetable oil, use Olive Oil
different kind of fat bonds (veggy=LDL olive=hdl wich help remove ldl's from arteries)
Low Density Lipids
High Density Lipids if not i'm mistaken

prbly the most useful bit of info i've ever learned in bio
Virgin Olive Oil's sposed to b really good/tasty/delicacy/watever (filled with HDL's but makes the tummy big)
& yeah, best of luck on the cholesterol man, can get dangerous if ur not careful (specially since ur so young too)
