Bimmer
I need to add a lot more fibre to my diet, but wanted to know what's the quickest bang for the buck basically.  I'm not a big fibre fan, so anything that I can eat very little of and still have high fibre content is good.  Any suggestions? Other than metamuci ?

Ahh I wish Reflux.. I've got high cholesterol <!--emo&:(--><img src="http://asianet.ca/images/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/sad.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':('><!--endemo-->   I gotta really watch my diet now.. Damn, no more good tasting food !!!!!

better keep a closer watch if it runs in the family too.........

not 100% sure bout this, but instead of vegetable oil, use Olive Oil
different kind of fat bonds (veggy=LDL olive=hdl wich help remove ldl's from arteries)
Low Density Lipids
High Density Lipids if not i'm mistaken

Yep, kinda sucks. Doctor said it's most likely genetics, but now I have to cut down on saturated fats and cholesterol in my food. <!--emo&:(--><img src="http://asianet.ca/images/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/sad.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':('><!--endemo-->

Reflux How do u know about ldl's and hdl's?  Anyone you know have high cholesterol too?

prbly the most useful bit of info i've ever learned in bio

Virgin Olive Oil's sposed to b really good/tasty/delicacy/watever (filled with HDL's but makes the tummy big)

& yeah, best of luck on the cholesterol man, can get dangerous if ur not careful (specially since ur so young too)
