Just got home. I was down on Whyte ave heading home when I saw a clean white mk1 engine on the other side of the road. I made a U turn and followed the guy.
We pulled over talked for about 30 minutes. Apparantly he just got his car back from the states. He has Jspec 3sgte engine with gt30 turbo swapped into his 88 mr2 . Yah you heard me right . OMG That thing was fast. Only running stock boast levels at the moment untill he gets his car on a dyno with a wide band O2 to do some proper tunning. I'm sure his car is capable of running 13's easy at the moment but with more boost this is a 12 second car.
Anyways he didn't know about the big BC meet but he was planning to be in Vancouver at the same time so now he's gonna attend the meets aswell. Sweetness !!!!!
