well as most of u have seen my integra, and know what i have planned for it, i thought i would post up the build that not many people have seen or heard of in the past.
currently in the works i have a '89 turbo caravan that is gettin new pistons, rings since it popped#3 on subracing's dyno last year.
I purchased this vehicle off a good buddy of mine. the engine that is goin into the van again is the race engine out of his '89 SHELBY daytona that ran high-11's its last time out running 435WHP. I am hoping for at the very least mid-12's with a set of M/T's.
here is the engine parts list
2.5L stock bottom end, balance shafts removed, stock oil pump, block ported to oil pump, homemade windage tray and baffles in pan
CSR electric water pump
stock rods debeamed, shot peened, ARP wavelock rod bolts
stock Mahle pistons std bore
445 cyl head race ported by Rob, oversized valve seats, oversized valves, 44mm In, 38mm Ex, deshrouded the valves
.051" Cometic MLS 5 layer head gasket from FWD
ARP head studs
camshaft is a FWD stg F4, 282/276 dur@.006 lift. 470/467 gross valve lift in/ex
2 piece intake race ported, inlet opened up to 60mm for 98 caravan TB,
TBI ex header race ported, T3 flange
T3/T4 turbo stage 3 .63AR/ TO4E .70AR 60trim, custom built by Rob
full 3"exhaust sys built and fabricated by Rob with a magnaflow muffler
650cc inj in a billet rail -8 fuel lines
Aeromotive fuel system(pump being changed out for a 255 walboro)
4"thick by 2' long IC, 3" in and out, IC piping is 2 1/2" out of turbo to IC, 3" out of IC to TB
3 spd auto trans built by Rob with modified valve body, 3200 stall torque conv...
in the process of building a new A-413 trans with a rev man valve body, B&M shifter and 3800 stall torque conv.
expected completion date is end of august, and hoping for max of 36 psi with the turbo thats on it.

the 733i failed on me, and was going to be too costly to fix, and i sold the '79 320i to a friend.
