I bought a house and i have been calling lawyers for a hr or so. So far the going price to finalize the sale is around $1200-$1500.
Does anyone know a lawyer thats cheaper? since they will all do the same thing, i dont care who, just want a good deal so i dont have to blow as much on just a lawyer.
Thanks. |

| Good luck I don't think you will get a better price. Lawyer fees are pretty standard. Just bend over and take it like a champ, like the rest of have :D |

| I used Russell Flint just over 3 years ago and it was only $600 or so I think. Mine might have been a little cheaper since I used the same lawyer as the seller... |

Normally I'd say you get what you pay for. But that's really expensive. 1000 at the max. A lawyer is a lawyer.
Time to bend THEM over. |

Hmm I know them. they have an office up here, they used to be partners with Verhaeghe Law Office(was Gawlinski, Parkatti, and Verhaeghe at the time). Richard Verhaeghe did my land transfer and stuff, cheap, but I know him, he's a client of mine and we're kinda friends... |
