GOT BOOST
A special thanks to Marcenator for helping out. This is easily a two person job.

Tools needed.

2 Bottles of ATF Dextron III Transmission fluid (Reccomended by Toyota for PS fluid.)
14mm wrench, socket
12 mm wrench, socket
19mm 1/2 inch socket
1/2 socket drive with extensions
3/8 socket drive with extensions
13/16 socket to remove the wheel lugs
2 axle stands
1 floor jack
1 bag of floor dry
Brake cleaner
shop towels
Big breaker bar
A lot of patience, a few ice caps and good tunes.

Tip # 1 Pull the rack out from the drivers side and watch out for the O2 sensor. The 02 sensor makes things a little difficult to work with.

Tip # 2 loosen the sway bar. This will make accessing the rack bolts easier.

Tip # 3 Now is a good time to replace the tie rod ends. I have mine on order. They did not come in on time, so I reused the old ones.

After installing the tie rod ends/new rack, you will need a wheel alignment. :D

Now for the pics.
