So me and a buddy were cruising last night and there were so many bloody cops with there lights on just driving like mad men all over down town core. between 12 - 3am. not sure the time.
was any thing special happening? i almost got nailed by a cop gong at a good rate of speed (no lights on) flying threw a red light, luckily i seen him coming and stopped as he flew by me.
just wanted to know if anyting GANGster went down. |

Last time I checked, officers have to have their lights and siren on if they plow through a red light. Blocker can you cofirm this? Were they driving appropriately? Please clear this question up.:dunno: |

No. He's explained 1000 times. If he's trying to catch a bad guy he'll rip with no lights and no sirens so they don't see him coming. If a cop feels it's safe to blow a red light WITHOUT announcing himself, then he has the right to do so performing his duties. |

Busted! Lol!
On another note, EPS driving gets mad respect from me since the time some crook almost took me out along with 3 other cars and some old lady when he couldn't make his escape turn off the yellowhead west turning south on 50st. I saw it coming which was good cuz when he hit my f350 with a 5000pound load of sand it would have been pain for me and game over for him. Shit, he took air off the median. But the cops were right on the ball, safely but very quickly getting around everyone and into where they needed to be to get the guy. Props! |

big props for that!
I'm always impressed at how well they can control them cruisers. I've asked a few cops how those things handle...and I usually get 'good in a fast line, but a complete bitch to turn sharply at speed' |
