| well this is what happen . me and the wife was on vacation and came back and saw a note on the wifes car with the name and number of a lady that hit her car . so we call her up and and she tells us she hit us by accident and wants to fix the car with out the insurance company so we agreed ..and we went to get an estimate and called her back a week later.. now a month later she stil has not return our calls and is ignoring us ..is there any thing we can do since we did not do a police report. any help would be great thx |

| Regardless of how you have the car fixed (outside of insurance, or through them), you should always file a police report. |
