When on webcam lets say on msn... If the other party records it, Do they have the right to show others?
A couple girls I know last weekend were flashing the webcam and now they have a short flick of them on the web..
I kinda feel bad but then there stupidity really comes out.. I dont think they can do anything could they? They are really broken up because of it..

Yeah this would be a matter of choice...
They CHOSE to let him see it, as long as he isnt selling it or anything or profitting then I do not think anything can be done.
If they didnt let him and it was taken without their consent it would be voyeruism otherwise what would stop angry ex girlfriends from getting their x boyfriends in trouble for pictures they allowed to be taken. |
