I've pretty much had it with the reply after reply after reply of.
I'm a noob, i dont know any one, i dont know if i want to come.
like many ppl have said.
You'll never meet/know anyone if you dont make the effort to show up, or even join in on a conversation.
If you drive a rust bucket or a supercar you are welcome to come out.
Just remember these minor rules.
- Dont sit in your car and just look stupid and dumb founded.
- There is no need to stunt infront of any one. We've all done what ever you think we might not have scene heard of before.
- Be observant and opinionated but within reason.
- have a good time other wise.

I sit in my car usually... because I go for the cruise part of the meet. I've already mingled with everyone, and everyone should know my sense of humor and all that fun stuff... so if you DO sit in your car, make sure you're not lurking!

and the scene of some guy puking wasn't too pleasing ha

We've had some fun in St Albert before, but unforunately, there isn't too many fun ways to get there.
The Yellowhead is a joke right now, the Henday is always fun, but yeah, we need new places. The shitty part of living in prarie country, it's straight range roads everywhere. |

I went to a meet for the first time last week.
I knew a couple of people there cause i sold/ bought stuff from them. 1/2 an hour before the meet i met T-LAVMRV in a gas station for the first time
I saw him pull up in his car , didn't know who he was but just started talkin to him about his car then asked him if he knew about the 780tuners forum. He said he was a member and he was on his way to a meet right now so i said ok see ya there. When i got there i looked around at some of the cars chatted with the locals. i had a good time. I NEVER GOT TO MEET EVERYONE BUT THATS WHY I'M GONNA KEEP GOING BACK.
there's no point in trying to meet new people if ya dont go out to do it.
NEW GUYS:
1. go to 780tuners meet at UC
2. look at cool cars
3. enjoy yourself
ps: watch out for big guys barfing in the parking lot then chasing little girl with it. |

| yeah i went to my first meet last year with a couple buddies at the Timmies. even though we drove domestics and there were mainly imports, still had a good time. went to my second one about 3 weeks ago and it was great. more cars than the first time. i'll probably go back soon and will probably be in the show when i finally get off my ass and buy something decent |
