quick question about Raptor Line Out Converter (from certified radio)

they have 4 line in (speaker lines, grey, grey/black, white, white/black) and then on the output side, it has 2 female RCA's and a brown wire... what is the brown wire? anyone know?

Signal ground.

platnum accord
it depends on the rca's but it can also be used as a remote turn on for amp's.

MS3
i tried it as a remote and didnt work, so i grounded it and cig-lighter remoted the amp, and it works!

thanks guys :)

Why would you try it as a remote lead when I already told you it was a ground? Fuck!

Actually it technically is never ment to be a remote wire, but being that he was talking about a high level convertor and not a pair of rca's that makes you even more off track ;)

i thought he was just talking about the cables, i fail.

we tried it as a remote before i asked for help :P lol my bad
